Vytautas Sigitas Draugelis
Vytautas Sigitas Draugelis (born November 30, 1943 in Marijampolė , † October 4, 2010 in Marijampolė) was a Lithuanian politician.
Life
From 1950 to 1957 he studied at the Petras Arminas Middle School. In 1963 he graduated from the Kaunas Political Engineering School and became a construction technician . From 1969 to 1973 he studied at the party college in Vilnius . From 1963 he worked in Klaipėda as an engineer. From 1963 to 1966 he served in the Soviet Army and became a member of the CPSU . From 1973 to 1980 he worked as an instructor at Lietuvos komunistų partija in Marijampolė. From 1990 to 1992 he was the deputy mayor of Marijampolė, and from 2004 to 2008 a member of the Seimas .
From 2003 he was a member of the Darbo partija .
He was married and had two children with his wife, Vida Angelė Lažauninkaitė.
