Wünschmannmühle

The Wünschmannmühle is a former water mill on the Bobritzsch in Krummenhennersdorf , a district of Halsbrücke in Saxony. It contains a functioning mill plant with grinding passes and sifters and a sawmill with two frame saws which an electric turbine powered or directly from the water of Bobritzsch, as well as a small historical exhibition of agricultural machinery. The mill was a bakery until the 1970s and was run by the Wünschmann family.

After 1990, despite unresolved claims for return transfer and ownership, an association took over the security and maintenance of the mill, so that the mill is open for viewing and demonstrations on the Saxon Mill Days and the Open Monument Day .

The flood in 2002 affected the mill, but it was restored through voluntary work.
