history

The former civil servants' residence was built by the Thuringian Gas Company from Leipzig in 1906 in a historicizing style. The property is a two-storey half - hipped building with a northern stair tower with a bell roof, half-timbered gables and southern two-storey balcony extensions. The property is reminiscent of the gasworks previously located in the same place.

The fencing that was created at the same time belongs to the property.
