W4C is a three-piece Christian hip-hop band that was founded in Stuttgart in 1993 .

W4C was founded in 1993 in Stuttgart as a hip-hop band consisting of the musicians Danny Fresh , PL Peter Pan and Ruben. They call their style of music the "Soul of HipHop". The name W4C stands for " Warriors For Christ " (Eng. Fighters for Christ) and refers to a verse in the Bible ( fight the good fight of the faith ... , 1. Tim. 6:12). It was originally pronounced in English. Due to the band's development away from English lyrics, they decided to pronounce the name in German.
