WASP-3 b is an exoplanet that orbits the yellow dwarf WASP-3 in 1.85 days . Due to its high mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .
discovery
The planet was discovered by A. Collier Cameron et al. Discovered using the transit method in 2007 .
Circulation and mass
The planet orbits its star at a distance of approx. 0.0303 astronomical units and has a minimum mass of approx. 1.83 Jupiter masses.
