The WCG Navy Oxhöft was during the Second World War, a German football club from the district Oxhöft (Pol. Oksywie ) the port city of Gdynia (Polish. Gdynia ) in occupied Poland .
history
The WKG entered in the 1941/42 season as a newcomer in the 1st class Danzig-West Prussia within the season A of District 1 Danzig . In October 1941, however, the team withdrew from the game. An already achieved victory and a draw were annulled. After the 1943/44 season , the team was allowed to take part in the promotion round to Gauliga Danzig-West Prussia . Within Division A , the team emerged as the winner from the table after four games played and was allowed to move up. In the 1944/45 season the club was then grouped into the Gau class Staffel II Gotenhafen . There, the game operation was then canceled in January 1945. At this point the WKG had played seven games and was in second place in the table with 8: 6 points.
At the end of the Second World War , Gdynia or Gotenhafen fell back to Poland. The association was dissolved.
