WRTC or WRTC-FM ( Branding : " R adio T rinity C ollege" ) is a US -American non-commercial radio stations in the US state of Connecticut . The radio is owned and operated by Trinity College , Hartford ( Trustees of Trinity College ). WRTC can be received on the VHF frequency 89.3 MHz .
