WSUI is an American radio station in Iowa City in the US state of Iowa . WSUI was founded in 1922 and belongs to Iowa Public Radio in the network of National Public Radio and transmits at 5, at night with 4 kW on the medium wave frequency 910 kHz . The University of Iowa is the owner and operator .
WSUI is one of two national public radio partner stations serving eastern Iowa. Also sends KUNI of Cedar Falls in the composite of Iowa Public Radio (IPR). WSUI is a sister station of the "all-classical KSUI ".
