The Forest of Martyrs ( Hebrew יַעַר הַקְּדוֹשִׁים Jaʿar ha-Qdōšīm ) is a forest near Jerusalem in Israel . It is a forest near Beit Meir with six million trees that symbolize the Jews who were murdered by the National Socialists in the Holocaust .

The forest was planted in 1951. In the middle of the forest in the Jerusalem Mountains there has been a monument by Nathan Rappaport since 1974 , which shows the history of the Jews from the beginning up to the Six Day War and is called the Scroll of Fire .
