Walerian Gutowski

Walerian Gutowski (* 1629 ; † 1693 ) was a provincial and royal preacher of the Franciscan order .

Gutowski preached the sermon during the coronation ceremony of the Polish King Michael Wiśniowiecki in 1669 . Together with Anton Rokoszowic he rebuilt the Franciscan Church in Krakow , which burned down on September 25, 1655, at the time of the Swedes invading Poland. He was a doctor of theology and author of theological works.
