Wally Schneider

Wally Schneider (born October 20, 1959 ) is a folk musician and singer from Koppigen in the Swiss canton of Bern .

Life

Schneider learned to play the Schwyzerörgel at the age of 26. For several years she played the Schwyzerörgeli and guitar in a Schwyzerörgeliquartett . From the beginning of 1998 to the end of 2011 she was the musical head of the Bumerang band under the direction of Martin Schütz .

Since 2012 she has been performing as a solo singer and in a duo with Stefan Sigrist under the formation name Wally & Stefan's Happysound and in a trio with Mike (Oscar) Steinlechner and Stefan Sigrist under the formation name Die Alpenprinzen .
