Walter Gustav Becker
Walter Gustav Becker (born July 12, 1905 in Ostrowo , German Empire , † July 6, 1985 ) was a German lawyer and university professor.
Life
Walter Gustav Becker studied from 1924 to 1930 at the University of Breslau and the University of Heidelberg . After graduation in 1931 in Breslau was 1935-1936 Gerichtsassessor . After his habilitation at the University of Hamburg in March 1937, taught from 1946 to 1951 as an associate professor for civil law, international private law and comparative law at the University of Mainz . From 1951 to 1973 he was a full professor at the Free University of Berlin .
