Walter Hutter

Walter Hutter (born December 7, 1964 in Mediasch ) is a German university professor and author . He is professor for didactics of mathematics and physics at the Free University of Stuttgart .

Life

Hutter first studied philosophy, mathematics and physics at the University of Stuttgart , then from 1991 to 1994 mathematics and physics at the University of Tübingen . In 1997 he received his doctorate in mathematics from the University of Tübingen. Since 2001 he has been teaching at the Free University of Stuttgart. His focus is on didactics of mathematics and physics, phenomenological thinking, methods of pedagogy for adolescents and Waldorf pedagogy .
