Walter Motz (born March 22, 1909 ; † unknown) was a German cross-country skier .
Motz won fourth place with the relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Innsbruck in 1933 and at the 1935 Nordic World Ski Championships in Vysoké Tatry . He had his greatest success at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Sollefteå in 1934 . There he won the silver medal with the relay. In his only Olympic participation in 1936 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , he finished 18th over 18 km. In 1932, 1933, 1934 and 1936 he became German champion with the relay.
