Walter van Laack

Walter van Laack (born May 11, 1957 in Cologne ) is a German specialist in orthopedics , special orthopedic surgery, sports medicine , physical therapy, chiropractic therapy and acupuncture. He passed his state examination at the University of Cologne and received his doctorate in 1982 from RWTH Aachen University . Van Laack practiced by June 2017 an orthopedic group practice in Herzogenrath and teaches at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen the subjects medical , orthopedic and border areas of medicine. In 2004 he was appointed professor here. He is also the managing director and co-owner of his own book publisher.

Van Laack is particularly concerned with the topic of near-death experiences . He has already published numerous books, appeared on television programs and writes columns, including in the Huffington Post .

In 2010 van Laack received the Burkhard Heim Prize from the umbrella organization for spiritual healing (DGH).

Walter van Laack lives in Aachen and is married and has two sons.
