The Walton Heights are a mountain range up to 800  m high on the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . As part of the Douglas Range, they rise up at the head of Haydn Inlet .

Aerial photographs were taken at the end of 1947 during the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948). These were used by the British geographer Derek Searle from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey between 1959 and 1960 for mapping. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the mountains in 1980 after Jonathan Launcelot William Walton (* 1950), geodesist and glaciologist for the British Antarctic Survey from 1975 to 1986 and son of the namesake of Walton Peak .
