Warning post

Under certain circumstances, a warning post can be used to secure workplaces in the street. Through his presence, the road user is made aware of the danger area and warned accordingly. He has no police powers and is not allowed to intervene in traffic or regulate it.

The guidelines state that high visibility clothing must be worn for better visibility . In the dark or in poor visibility, the warning post should only be used in emergencies. Furthermore, the warning post on country roads and motorways should be replaced by a warning beacon or flashing arrows if possible .
