Warqa and Gulshah
Warqa and Gulschah ( Varqa o Golshāh , Wargha wa Golschāh ) by the poet Ayyuqi ( 11th century , between 1010 and 1030), is one of the earliest Persian love epics . Its portrayal of the warlike nomadic life and luxury at court made it famous.

“Warqa and Gulscha have loved each other since childhood. However, as the preparations for the wedding feast are being made, a neighboring Bedouin tribe raids the camp and steals the bride.
