Warwick Mountain is located south of Warwick Creek in the Athabasca River Valley in Jasper National Park . The mountain was named in 1919 by Arthur O. Wheeler after Warwick Castle in England, as Mount King Edward was only eight kilometers north. In 1919 it was climbed for the first time in the course of border surveys.
