Wash house (Argenteuil-sur-Armançon)
The wash house (French: lavoir ) in Argenteuil-sur-Armançon , a French commune in the Yonne department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region , was built in 1834/35. The wash house has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1997 .
The building in the neoclassical style is open on the east side with arched arcades . The basin is supplied with water by a mill channel from the Armançon river .
