Wash house (Castillon-la-Bataille)
The wash house (French: lavoir ) in Castillon-la-Bataille , a French commune in the Gironde department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was built in the 19th century.
The wash house , which is open on all sides , is supplied with water from a spring. The hipped roof , which was only built over the rectangular water basin at the beginning of the 20th century, is covered with semicircular roof tiles.
