The building with the postal address Wasserstraße 78 was a listed building on Wasserstraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Semlower Straße .

The two-story , plastered half-timbered house was built in the middle of the 18th century.

The road towards the water traufständige House pointed to Semlower street a high gable. The southern axis was preferred as the Utlucht .

The house was located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 793; it was demolished after 1999.
