Wassyl Tarassenko
Wassyl Weniaminowytsch Tarassenko ( Ukrainian Василь Веніамінович Тарасенко ; born February 3, 1961 in Shovti Vody , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian civil engineer , businessman and politician.
Life
Tarassenko studied industrial and civil engineering from 1985 to 1988 at the South Urals Polytechnic and from 1987 to 1993 at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. Tarassenko had been the mayor of his native town Shovti Vody since June 4, 2014 and was replaced by Volodymyr Abramov on October 25, 2015 after the 2015 local elections in Ukraine . Tarassenko is married and has two children.
