The Weather Guesser nunataks (English for weather Ahner -Nunatakker ) are a group of isolated Nunatakkern in West Antarctic Ellsworth Land . They rise 16 km west-northwest of the Thomas Mountains .
They were discovered and photographed from the air during the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948). The name goes back to Russel R. White of the United States Navy , who was a member of the University of Wisconsin survey team that worked in the area from 1965 to 1966.
