Wedro
The (the) Wedro ( Russian ведро ; literally bucket ) was a Russian measure of volume and grain and corresponded to the measure of bucket . The measure had small regional differences. The measure has been known since 1280.
- 1 Wedro = 4 Tschertwerki = 8 Kruschka / Osmuschki / (jug) = 640 Parisian cubic inches = 12 7/10 liters
- 40 Wedro = 1 botschka / (barrel) ( linseed and hemp oil , brandy )
- 1 Botschka = 40 Wedro = 160 Tschertwerki = 320 Kruschki = 25,600 Parisian cubic inches = 507 ¼ liters
Sorokowoi was another name for the barrel-sized Russian volume measure of bochka for liquids. The size of the Sorokovoi drink, the same size as Botschka, was divided up to the Wedro.
- 1 Sorokowoi = 13 ⅓ anchors = 40 Wedra / bucket and then continue accordingly as Botschka in 160 Tschertwerki = 320 Kruschki = 25,600 Parisian cubic inches = 507 ¼ liters
- 1 Wedro = 10 fabrics (old 8 fabrics)
It was an old dimensional relationship
- 1 Wedro = 2 Half Wedro = 8 Stoof = 16 Kruschka = 621 Parisian cubic inches
