Sorokovaya Botschka

The Sorokowaja Botschka ( Russian сороковая бочка ; from sorok for forty and botschka for barrel ), also just Sorokowoi , was a Russian measure of volume only for oils (such as linseed oil and hemp oil ) and brandy .

1 Sorokowaja Botschka = 40 Wedro = 13 ⅓ Anker = 160 Tschertwerki = 320 Kruschki / Osmutschki = 25,600 Parisian cubic inches = 507 ¼ liters
