Crossroads at the Kallenberg

The wayside cross Am Kallenberg is located in Wissersheim , a district of the municipality of Nörvenich in the district of Düren , North Rhine-Westphalia in the street "Am Kallenberg".
The 3.50 m high cross was built in the 18th century from red sandstone on a cafeteria . It is colored. The substructure has a niche with angels' heads and a rocaille frame , above is St. Family can be seen in high relief. The body is worked out in high relief. In the 1930s the crossroads were moved 30 m.
The wayside cross was entered on April 9, 1985 in the list of monuments of the municipality of Nörvenich under No. 76.
