The Wegestock Pescher Feld 2 is in the Pesch district in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The field cross is entered under no. 144 on June 22, 1987 in the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich .
architecture
The monument is a simple crossroad made of Liedberg sandstone in the classical style with a round arch niche in the front. Two small crosses are carved into the sides of the niche, otherwise the cross is unadorned. As part of a renovation in 1986, the upper part of the path was renewed and supplemented. The artistic and folkloric value as well as the importance for human history make it necessary to preserve it as a monument.
