Career

In 2010 he took part in the cadet age group at the European Youth Championship, where he came second. He has been training at Liebherr Masters College since 2013, and in the 2013/14 season he contributed to the promotion to the first Bundesliga for TTC Schwalbe Bergneustadt with a 16-0 record . From there he switched to second division TTC Fortuna Passau before he was finally accepted into the first team of TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen for the 2015/16 season . In June 2015 he made it into the top 100 players in the world for the first time, another big leap followed after the team world championship in 2016 (with victories over the world number 11 Marcos Freitas ) and the Qatar Open (including victory over the world rankings) 12. Kōki Niwa ) in February / March, making him the top-ranked Polish player for the first time at the age of 20. In addition, he qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games , where he finished in the last 48 singles and was only marginally defeated 2: 3 with the team in the second round to the eventual silver medalist Japan. He ended his first Bundesliga season with a balanced 9: 9 record.

At the European Championships in 2016 , he competed in all three competitions and won two medals: In singles he beat defending champion Dimitrij Ovtcharov and European Games third party Kou Lei , before losing to eventual winner Emmanuel Lebesson in the semifinals , and in doubles he won the side of Daniel Gorak Silber. In the 2016/17 season he achieved a score of 11: 5 in the Bundesliga. In 2018 he reached the TTBL final with Ochsenhausen, which was lost to Düsseldorf, and in 2019 the TTF won the double of the German championship and cup victory . From this year Dyjas also formed a double with Cedric Nuytinck , with whom he was able to reach the semi-finals at the Qatar and Swedish Open 2019 as well as at the German and Hungarian Open 2020 .

After the 2019/20 season, Dyjas moves to the first Polish league.
