The 2018/19 German Cup Championships are the 60th for men and the 31st for women in the table tennis cup competition.

In the preliminary round, 16 second and third division teams were divided into 4 groups with 4 teams each, where they played against each other in round- robin mode. The four group winners advanced to the round of 16, from where it continued in knockout mode . Ten first division teams were set for the round of 16, last year's winner Borussia Düsseldorf for the quarter-finals. The semi-finals and the final were held as Final Four in Neu-Ulm within one day .
