The SV DJK Kolbermoor is a sports club from Kolbermoor . The women's table tennis team plays in the 1st Bundesliga .
history
The club was founded in 1867 as SV Kolbermoor e. V. founded in 1867 and merged in 1999 with the SB- DJK Kolbermoor e. V.
Table tennis
The women's table tennis team has been promoted every year since the top division season 2009/2010, in the season 2011/2012 it reached the Bundesliga after a march through the 2nd Bundesliga South. In the 2012/2013 season it reached 7th place in the table, which led to relegation in the top German division.
The team for the 2018/19 season consists of the former European champion Liu Jia , national player Sabine Winter , national player Kristin Lang as well as the former double European champion Swetlana Ganina and the Ukrainian Katharina Michajlova . For the following season Lily Zhang , Anastasia Bondareva and Ding Yaping were signed . The contracts with Katharina Michajlova and Sabine Winter were not extended.

In addition to the table tennis department , the club offers the sports of aikido , badminton , basketball , BMX , ice hockey , football , weightlifting , judo , athletics , skiing , bowling, taekwondo , volleyball and others.
