White assortment
The white range and the yellow range form an informal division of the dairy range .
The white range includes:
- Drinking milk and milk-based drinks , usually also UHT and sterilized milk
- cream
- Sour milk products , but not sour cream butter and sour milk cheese (except quark / cream cheese)
- Quark , cream cheese and cream cheese preparations
The yellow range includes:
- Butter and concentrated butter
- Any cheese that is not cream cheese
