Space orbit tracking

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Space tracking ( English space tracking ) is - in accordance with article 1.136 of the ITU Radio Regulations (Radio Regulations) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) - defined as "determination of the orbit, the velocity or position of a space body by radio location , but without using the primary radar in order to be able to follow the path of this body ”.

However, this is also a term of frequency management that is defined in a binding manner in the ITU languages, was published in the Radio Regulations and is used specifically in connection with “terms of operation”.
