Werderstrasse 148 (Heilbronn)
The house at Werderstrasse 148 in Heilbronn is a listed building.
In 1950 the house was owned by the widow Pauline Dierolf. In addition to rental apartments, the building also housed an office for the Neckarring canning factory. In 1961 the house belonged to the heirs of the widow Dierolf and four tenants are named.
description
It is a typical example of a workers' house in the style of late historicism . It was built by foreman Gustav Rohrbach according to his own plans between 1901 and 1902. The house in the style of late historicism has windows with a parapet with fittings . On the first floor, segmental arches made from exposed brickwork crown the roofing of the windows , which consists of a simple cornice .
