Werner Godec

Werner Godec (born July 8, 1946 in Pforzheim , Baden) is a German engraver and medalist .

Life

Godec initially trained as an engraver and then studied design at the Pforzheim School of Art and Crafts . Afterwards he worked as a medal designer and engraver at the prestigious art stamping institute BH Mayer in Pforzheim until it was sold to Karlsfeld near Munich at the end of the 20th century. He continues to live in Pforzheim as a designer.
