Werner Holschemacher

Werner Holschemacher (born December 22, 1903 in Graudenz ; † October 26, 1963 in Kassel ) was a German lawyer and court judge.

Life

Holschemacher studied law in Marburg, Göttingen, Gießen, Heidelberg and Berlin. In Heidelberg he became active in the Corps Suevia Heidelberg . Holschemacher graduated as Dr. jur. and became a lawyer in Berlin. He did military service in World War II as a captain and general staff officer in the staff of the 81st Infantry Division in Courland. After his release from Soviet captivity in 1953, he became a judge at the labor court in Berlin in 1954 , where he was promoted to director of the Berlin State Labor Court. In 1959 he became President of the State Labor Office in Berlin and in 1960 he received his appeal to the Federal Labor Court in Kassel.
