List of missing commercial aircraft

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The list of missing commercial aircraft includes flight accidents in which no traces of the aircraft or its occupants have so far been found, as well as those in which the aircraft is still officially missing despite the found debris. Only missing commercial aircraft from civil airlines are taken into account . Incidents involving military aircraft , business aircraft and small private aircraft are not included in the list.

The appendix "Formerly missing commercial aircraft" lists those wrecks that have been found in the meantime, but were previously missing for about 7–54 years.
