Werner Krag

Werner Krag (* 1951 in Wiesbaden ) is a German psychotherapist and non-fiction author .

Life

Krag studied medicine and psychology in Mainz , Fort Worth and Münster and received his doctorate from the University of Osnabrück . This was followed by several years of study in Tokyo (studying the Japanese language there) and in Vancouver . He later completed medical-therapeutic training in gestalt therapy , rational emotional therapy (with Albert Ellis ), stress medicine , burnout therapy and body-oriented therapies.

Today Krag works both as a doctor and psychotherapist in his own practice and as a non-fiction author. He is also regularly involved in further training for doctors and alternative practitioners.

He is married to a Japanese woman and lives in Wiesbaden.
