Werner Rademacher (table tennis player)

Werner Rademacher is a former table tennis player from the GDR. In 1949 he was GDR champion in doubles.

Rademacher comes from Merseburg. He played in the 1940s and 1950s for the clubs Chemie Leuna and Stahl Merseburg. In 1949 he won the state championship of Saxony-Anhalt. He achieved several successes in doubles with Wolfgang Kunth . With him he won the GDR championship in doubles, which was held for the first time in 1949. In 1950 or 1952 they reached the final, also in 1951. In 1953 he was also second in mixed with Astrid Horn .
