Werner Schneeberger was a Swiss sports shooter .

Werner Schneeberger took part in the 1920 Olympic Games in Antwerp in three disciplines. Together with Eugene Addor , Joseph Jehle , Fritz Kuchen and another marksman with the surname Weibel , he took third place in the team competition with the army rifle over the combined 300 and 600 meter distance behind the US and Norwegian teams, with which he secured the bronze medal. With 116 points, Schneeberger was the team's best shooter. In the three-position fight with the free rifle, he missed a top position in the individual competition with 947 points, but also achieved bronze in the team competition. With 947 points, Schneeberger was the third best shooter in the Swiss team, which also consisted of Gustave Amoudruz , Ulrich Fahrner , Fritz Kuchen and Bernhard Siegenthaler .
