Werner Sternkopf

Werner Sternkopf (born February 17, 1928 ; † September 10, 2015 ) was a German local politician ( SED ) and legal scholar.

Sternkopf was mayor of Johanngeorgenstadt for the SED from 1960 to 1966 . Then he went to Potsdam. There he became deputy director of the Constitutional Law, Commercial Law and Administrative Law Section of the GDR Academy for Political Science and Law . In Geltow he retired.
