The Weser Tower is a high-rise building on the outskirts of the Überseestadt Bremen. It was built in 2010 according to plans by architect Helmut Jahn for Siedentopf GmbH (Eduscho) . The 22 floors of the skyscraper have an area of ​​18,000 square meters and thus space for offices for 800 people. Initially it was planned in the building u. a. to set up a hotel, a variety theater and restaurants. In addition, further office buildings should be built. Today there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house.

The Siedentopf GmbH has invested around 70 million euros in the development of the site of the new Weserpromenade immediately west of the old town of Bremen.

The foundation stone was laid on October 23, 2007. The highest office building in Bremen with a height of 82 meters should be completed in 2009. Completion was delayed due to technical discrepancies and supplementary requests from the building contractor Hochtief . On January 8, 2010, Siedentopf terminated the general contractor contract with Hochtief Construction AG due to delays in the completion of the Weser Tower. According to its own information, Siedentopf took over the coordination of the remaining work together with the general planner ECE project management .

The fully glazed building was developed together with today's main tenant, the energy supplier EWE AG.

The main tenants of the building are subsidiaries of the energy supplier EWE AG , who took over a total of 13 floors of the high-rise. There is a restaurant on the ground floor.
