The Weserberglandstadion is a sports facility in Hameln . The stadium has a maximum of 14,000 spectator seats for sporting events, 13,000 of which are standing and 1,000 are in the covered grandstand. For open-air concerts, it can seat up to 30,000 spectators.

The outdoor facilities of the stadium, built in 1962, were renovated in 1992, the grandstand building in 2003 (including for the 2004 regional gymnastics festival).

The sports facility consists of two natural grass pitches measuring 105 × 65 m (main area) and 90 × 60 m (secondary area). The main square has a floodlight system and a sprinkler system. The athletic facilities offer the possibility of holding national sporting events.

Open-air concerts took place with Michael Jackson , Marius Müller-Westernhagen , Peter Maffay and Pur . During the 2006 World Cup , the Weserberglandstadion was the training facility for the French national football team .

The stadium was the home of the SpVgg until 2010 . Preußen Hameln 07 , who last played in the Oberliga (5th division) in 2008/09 and 2009/10. The sporting descent was followed by the financial end. The association had to file for bankruptcy. The newly founded successor club FC Preußen Hameln is now trying to start over.
