Wesley Woolhouse
Wesley Stoker Barker Woolhouse (born May 6, 1809 in North Shields , † August 12, 1893 in London ) was a British actuary .
Woolhouse was the assistant secretary of the Nautical Almanac , was the editor of a journal for entertaining mathematics, specified a scale of his own , found formulas for numerical integration, and in 1848 co-founded the Institute of Actuaries. He was the first to publish all seven solutions to the 15 schoolgirl problem .
