West Harrow Underground Station

West Harrow is an above-ground London Underground station in the London Borough of Harrow . It is located in TfL tariff zone 5 on Vaughan Road. The station served by the Metropolitan Line was used by 1.13 million passengers in 2013.

The route of the Metropolitan Railway (predecessor company of the Metropolitan Line) existed since July 4th, 1904, but the station was only built later because the density of the buildings was initially very low. The opening took place on November 17, 1913.
