West Torr
Most of the stones in the Cairns des Passage Tombs of West Torr (also called Greenamore) are missing. The cairn is slightly oval with a diameter of 19.5 by 20.7 m. Many of its curbs have been preserved. In the middle there is a rectangular chamber from which eight orthostats have been preserved. The chamber is 1.8 m long and 1.15 m wide. To the west of the chamber the remains of a corridor about ten meters long and 1.3 m wide can be seen.
The red sandstone megalithic complex is located near the coast, about 8.7 kilometers north of Cushendun , on the top of a small hill between Torr Head and Fair Head in County Antrim in Northern Ireland . The views of Rathlin Island and the Mull of Kintyre are spectacular.
Nearby is the Passage Tomb by Passage Tomb by Cross .
