The Westernmost Rocks ( English for westernmost rocks ) are a group of eight rocky outcrops on the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named them that way in 1978 because they are the westernmost rock formation in the Australian Antarctic Territory .
