Westgate-on-Sea

Westgate-on-Sea is a seaside resort with about 6600 inhabitants in the northeast of the English county of Kent . It is part of the Thanet District and borders the larger seaside resort of Margate and the village of Birchington-on-Sea . Its two sandy beaches - West Bay and St. Mildred's Bay - have been a popular destination since the town developed from a small farming village.
