The Wharton Basin (Wharton Basin) is a deep sea in the eastern part of the Indian Ocean .

geography

Within the East Indies, the Wharton Basin is located in a north-westerly direction about 2000 km from the Australian city ​​of Perth .

It is located between the 10th and 25th  degrees of southern latitude and the 95th and 110th  degrees of longitude east .

The Wharton Basin is a maximum of 6000 m deep.
