White frame

White Frame (WF) organizes and curates exhibitions and film screenings in order to offer artists better visibility of their art.

history

Founded in 2011 in Basel ( Switzerland ), the non-profit nomadic association mainly works at the interface between video art, cinema and photography . White Frame initiates and realizes projects and enables the exchange between Swiss and international artists, institutions , independent curators , festivals, writers and the public.

team

The size of the association changes with every exhibition and film showing. Chantal Molleur is director and curator of the association, she is supported by Stella Haendler , co-founder and producer of Freihandler Film Production. The association is supported in an advisory capacity by Hilke Doering , director of the international competition for children and young people's cinema and the market at the Oberhausen film festival .
